Sticky Honey Ginger and Garlic Pork Meatballs


500gm Pork Mince
½ cup Bread crumb
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbs Ginger, grated
2 Tsp Black Sesame
2 Tsp Sesame Oil
2 Shallots, finely chopped
1 egg beaten
1 Tbs Oil
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes

Sticky Sauce
½ cup Tamari
½ cup Mirin
2 Tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbs Rice Wine Vinegar
¼ cup Honey
2 Tbsp Water


• Preheat oven to 200 degrees
• Mix all meatball ingredients together in a bowl with hands
• Portion and roll meatballs to about 50 cent piece size
• Place on greased baking tray

Sticky Sauce
• Mix all sauce ingredients together well

• Bake meatballs for 7 mins
• Then pour sauce over meatballs and bake for a further 15-20 minutes until meatballs are cooked
• Remove from heat and let sit for 5 mins.
• Serve and eat
