Are your meat products Halal?
All of our products are Halal Certified by an independent certifier, except Pork. We are audited to ensure proper segregation during the transport, manufacturing, and storage of Pork products.
What is in your sausages?
Our sausages are made primarily of trim, which are small pieces of meat and fat cut from popular items such as rump, sirloin et cetera so that perfectly good meat is not wasted. Larger cuts such as steaks are trimmed to perfection then the ‘trim’ goes to sausages.
Is Fresh Meats meat grass-fed?
Our beef mince is grass-fed, hormone-free, from the local Maleny/Mary River area. We also stock Organic Rib Fillet, Sirloin, and Whole Chickens.
Are your chickens RSPCA accredited?

Do you do donations to schools or charities?
Fresh Meats actively supports numerous local schools, sporting clubs, charities, and other organisations every year, some as long-term commitments and others as one-off events. While we receive multiple requests from many worthwhile causes every week, it is not possible to support all of them at the requested time. You are welcome to send us a message on the Contact Us page so that we are aware of your request as we review our sponsorship budget on an ongoing basis.
