1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Packet of Spaghetti
200g Fresh Meats Diced Bacon
2 Medium Free-Range Eggs, beaten
35g Parmesan, grated
Freshly Ground Pepper
Add the oil to a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the diced bacon in the large skillet until crisp (about 4-5 minutes).
Transfer the diced bacon to a side bowl.
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil over high heat.
Once boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
Drain the pasta and return to the large pot.
Add the beaten eggs to the pot and stir until the residual heat from the pasta cooks the eggs.
Mix in the parmesan, bacon, and lots of black pepper.
Garnish with more parmesan cheese and basil if desired and serve.
