The Curated Plate is a new 4-day food festival supported by Sunshine Coast Council. It celebrates our region’s finest native ingredients and the best chefs in Australian and overseas. You can experience this at many participating restaurants as well as the Food Fair at Black Swan Park, Maroochydore.

The Restaurant Without Walls @ North Arm
This is a 6-course lunch and wine pairing for $225 pp (see below photo). We will do a demonstration of how we prepare the tenderloin that will be served – book here
Butchery Masterclass @ Black Swan Park
FRESH MEATS will be doing a demo of flat iron steak – admission is FREE to the class. More awesome still, Darren Robertson of The Three Ducks at The Farm at Byron Bay and Locura Byron Bay will take guests through a 45 minute cooking demonstration using the steak prepared by Jack, straight after our demo!
