Primal & Carton Meat

We purchase a premium range of beef directly from local Queensland abattoirs, and pallet purchases of loin are aged for 4-6 weeks in cold storage to further enhance tenderness and flavour. We process our own hung carcasses for pork (QLD), lamb (VIC), beef rib sets (QLD), and chicken (QLD) in house. Seafood is purchased direct from local fishermen as well as Brisbane, Mooloolaba and Sydney fish markets.

Product Range

All species are sourced from reputable suppliers primarily in Queensland and as locally as possible. Grain-fed, grass-fed, Wagyu and Angus options are available for beef. We also offer a wide range of game meats, including duck, quail, spatchcock, goat and kangaroo. All fresh seafood is from Australia or New Zealand, with imported frozen options for greater value.
