We recently enjoyed an incredible weekend at The Curated Plate, the Sunshine Coast’s newest food festival.
Captain Jack cut up Flat Iron Steak during our Butchery Masterclass. This was cooked to perfection by Chef Darren Robertson of Three Blue Ducks, Byron Bay. We also enjoyed supporting the awesome crew at People, Plates & Places at their Restaurant Without Walls event at North Arm Farm.
What a busy weekend but how delicious it was!
