As a Safe Food QLD and HAACP certified provider, we continue to monitor our operations internally to ensure the safety and integrity of our food safety protocol, and therefore our products and services. Learn more about our accreditations.

To ensure optimal shelf life, products are always transported, stored and selected in temperature-controlled environments. Cool room facilities and delivery vehicles are monitored regularly to ensure an unbroken cold storage chain, from the moment we receive goods to when they are displayed on our shelves or delivered to our customers.

Facilities & Equipment

Our state-of-the-art processing and packaging equipment can handle high-volume orders with precision and speed. Our proactive investment in machinery and work processes enables on time and on ‘spec’ delivery.

We continue to research and invest in new technology – equipment, software or other needs – in anticipation of growing customer requirements and constant improvement of our capabilities and knowledge.

Dedicated Customer Support

Our main priority is customer satisfaction in the quality of our produce and service. A dedicated sales manager will address any issues immediately and conduct internal incident reporting for traceability and staff training. Orders can be placed via our online platform, email or phone or email for delivery 5 weekdays a week (Saturday AM available to Sunshine Coast).

As we do for retail customers, we also circulate a separate weekly email newsletter to our wholesale customers informing them of specials and other relevant updates.

Investment in Staff

We believe that our people are the greatest contributing factor to our success. We endeavor to maintain ongoing training and upskilling of our staff, investing in our existing and emerging leadership. We value both the hard and soft skills essential to the success of the business but also the individual, who feels valued in the effort.
