Turkey and Cranberry Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

Turkey, chopped finely

Stuffing 
3 tbsp Dried Cranberries, chopped
4 sheets Puff Pastry
1 tbsp English Mustard 
1 Egg, beaten
Salt 
Freshly Ground Pepper
1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce

Method

Preheat the oven to 180c. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Mix turkey, stuffing and cranberries in bowl and season well with salt and pepper.

Cut pastry sheet in half, brushing a little mustard onto cut side.

Add 1 1/2 tbsp of turkey mix along one edge, and 1 tsp of cranberry sauce on same edge.

Roll up and press to seal. Cut into smaller rolls.

Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Using a sharp knife, mark three lines on top of each roll. Brush rolls with beaten egg.

Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and pepper.

Bake for 40-45 min or until golden brown and cooked through.

Eat warm with cranberry sauce. Merry Christmas!
