10 chicken drumsticks
5 tsp soy sauce
5 tsp sesame oil
5 tbsp honey
3 tsp rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 large lemon, juiced
Preheat oven to 200C. Coat drumsticks with oil and season with salt & pepper. Lay drumsticks in deep baking tray or casserole dish in one layer. Bake for approx. 20 minutes.
Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Remove drumsticks and glaze with marinade. Bake further for 20-30 minutes until browned. Turn chicken at least once during cooking.
Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes. Enjoy!
