Garlic Sesame Bok Choy
Ingredients:
2 bunches of bok choy, cut into 2-3 cm pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp.oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp shaoxing wine
1 tsp sesame seeds
ground black pepper to taste
Method:
Boil salted water in a pot and add bok choy. Leave 1 minute then drain. Rinse under cold water and drain again.
In a pan, saute garlic in vegetable oil over high heat for 1 minutes. Add bok choy and all the other ingredients. Stirfry for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Serve immediately onto serving plates.
