Ingredients:

20 large cooked prawns, cleaned and deveined
2 cups green peas, defrosted
1 shaved fennel bulb
1 small punnet, cherry tomatoes
1 Spanish onion, thinly sliced
Italian parsley leaves
Rocket or cos lettuce, or a mix
Fresh Meats chili & lime aioli

Method:

Toss all the ingredients together with just enough aioli to coat the salad.

Serve on a bed of lettuce with a wedge of lemon. Enjoy!
