Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients:

4 Crumbed Breast Schnitzel
500gm Double Smoke Fresh Meats Ham, sliced
250ml Napoli Sauce
250gm Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Method:

• Preheat deep fryer to 180 degrees
• Fry Schnitzel until golden, drain oil (can be panfried if prefered)
• Place schnitzel on oven tray, top with Napoli sauce, ham then cheese.
• Bake on 190 degree for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is golden
• Serve with your favourite sides
