4 bbq steaks
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 dash hot pepper sauce
2 tsp cold butter
1 tbsp oil
freshly ground black pepper
Place each steak inside a freezer bag or between sheets of baking paper. Using a mallet, pound meat to approximately .5 cm. Remove layers and season both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
Combine beef broth, teriyaki sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper in a bowl. Add chilled butter but do not mix in.
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear each steak for 45 to 60 seconds on each side. Let rest on plate, keeping warm with foil.
Pour broth mixture into skillet. Bring to boil and deglaze with wooden spoon. Stir until butter is melted.
Serve steaks with sauce and potatoes and greens.
