Food service meat & seafood orders can be placed online via FRESHO for delivery 5 weekdays a week (Saturday delivery is Sunshine Coast only). Our team is committed to customer satisfaction with the quality of our produce and service. All Fresh Meats wholesale customers have a dedicated sales manager to support their requirements and help onboard you to FRESHO.

Equipment

Our state-of-the-art equipment meets our greater capacity needs for mincing, dicing, packing and labelling, including 2 Multivac thermoforming machines (MAP, skin, flex). Our custom software program enables full traceability of meat. This considerable investment in machinery and work processes allows us to handle large volume orders on time and on specification.

Logistics

We operate 2 production facilities on the Sunshine Coast and manage all warehousing from our Palmwoods Distribution Centre. To ensure optimal shelf life, products are transported, stored and selected in temperature-controlled environments. Cold room facilities and our fleet of 9 delivery vehicles are monitored regularly to ensure an unbroken cold storage chain, from the moment we receive raw materials to when finished products are displayed on our shelves or delivered to our customers.
