1/4 Cup Cream Cheese, low fat
4 tsp Mustard
4 Medium Tortilla, wholegrain
4 Slices Champagne Ham
2 Cup Spinach
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and mustard.
Spread cream crease and mustard mixture evenly over each tortilla, then add ham and spinach leaves.
Chop tomato and sprinkle on top of spinach.
Roll tortillas up tightly and cut into slices.
Use a toothpick through the centre to hold the pinwheels together.
