We receive fresh fish most days of the week in response to demand. Local fishermen in Mooloolaba and Hervey Bay, along with markets in Brisbane and Sydney supply us with a wide variety of species. Local and tropical species are primarily from Brisbane fish auctions and southern variety species are sourced from Sydney Fish Market.
