Join Fresh Meats and celebrated chef Matt Golinski for an incredible night of dining and learning from the experts!
As part of the upcoming Curated Plate in late July/early August, we will be hosting 40 guests in our very own store at 86 Wises Road. Our experienced butchers will share their knowledge of how to prepare meat, and then you will enjoy a spectacular multi-course meal prepared by none other than Australian celebrity chef @MattGolinski. At the end of the night, you will return home with a Fresh Meats goodie bag with some delicious products to try at home.
Award-winning Symphony Hill Winery, 5-star rated by James Halliday, will be joining us on the night for tastings and sales of their spectacular wines.
