Such is his dedication to quality, our customers and our staff that sometimes we have trouble getting Jack to go home!
Originally from Burnside, Josh apprenticed in WA before returning home to rack up serious experience in the trade. He’s worked in 30 different Woolworths, and spent many years learning old school butchery in smaller business as well. Nothing’s too much trouble for steady, rock solid Josh and he always gets it done with a smile.

Growing up on a protea farm in Adelaide Hills, Ian always enjoyed fresh produce and good food. He started as a kitchen hand in a heritage listed venue and quickly progressed to run hotels and restaurants in Adelaide and north coast NSW. These experiences enable him to truly understand the needs of our wholesale customers.
Food Services Manager, Brisbane
Brisbane “born and bred” Kenny knows full well what his customers need, having worked in his family’s restaurant since the age of 12. He worked in fine dining kitchens overseas and returned to QLD to run numerous restaurants, including his own. In his spare time, this family man loves to snowboard and go 4WD/camping.
Nathan knows his fish. Since his first catch as a child, he continued on as a pro fishing guide, at a pet store, in fish quarantine in Brisbane, at sea as a deck boss and an aquaculture business owner. When fish is not on his mind and in his hands, this “bush to beach, fish to hay” kinda guy loves his motor cross, farming and horses.

Raised in Gippsland VIC, Brad started his career (& his love of golf) at a Melbourne golf club before moving here in ‘99. The joy of cooking good food since childhood continued on through various roles, including head chef at the Cooroy Hotel and Coolum Surf Club. Out of the kitchen, he loves to camp, fish and swim with family.
